Dubai, October, 2005: ETA Star Projects LLC, today announced the development of “Dubai Lifestyle City’ with an investment of approximately 1 billion dirhams within the prestigious Dubailand. Spread over an area of 4 million sq feet, it will house the first of its kind internationally renowned ‘IMG Sports Academy’ in the region. The Dubai Lifestyle City has been conceived in conjunction with the futuristic plans and visions of the Dubailand project. ETA Star Projects LLC expects to begin the project by end of 2005 and will be completing it by 2007.

ETA Star Projects LLC has entered into an exclusive tie-up with IMG academy, the pioneer and a world leader in sports management. The Academy will manage Dubai’s First World class sports academy putting Dubailand on the world’s sports map. IMG’s two exclusive Academies include Nick Bolleterri Tennis Academy and David Leidbetter Golf academy. A 9-hole executive golf course and driving rink would enable golf lovers unwind and relax within a tranquil atmosphere.

Dubai is expected to attract around 15 million tourists by the year 2010 and will have 45 themed developments with 200 sub-projects. There are various zones proposed in Dubailand.
Dubai Lifestyle City will have 100 signature villas and 150 serviced apartments, overlooking the Golf Course. The city will reflect a combination of style, luxury and aesthetics in a world class environment. An exclusive ‘Members Only’ Club will also be a part of the Dubai Lifestyle City. The ‘Sports Walk’ would comprise of retail and commercial environment which will have pro shops retailing sports goods and medicines and health, fitness & sports equipment.
Dubai Lifestyle City will be home to an exclusive state-of-the-art seven-star hotel that will include a destination spa with facilities and therapies with a premium retail walkway to cater to exclusive sports and wellness products and services. Catering to the different needs of the busy business travellers and international tourists, an international four-star hotel is also proposed within the Dubai Lifestyle City.
This expansive project will have a seven star hotel with a destination spa and a rejuvenation center. The destination spa of around 20,000 sq.ft will be a place to really indulge one’s senses, body and soul. The state-of-the-art facilities and therapies for alternate healing, ayurveda, accupressure, tai chi, pilates, aromatherapy, different types of massages and beautifying rituals will be just some of services on offer at the destination spa. There will be exclusive Chalets at the spa and it will part of the seven star hotel.
