Dubai, May 31st, 2005: Cars Taxi, part of the ETA Ascon Group of Companies has been awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance for quality control, operations, fleet management, driver selection and training. Cars Taxi Services Co. LLC., is a franchisee of Dubai Transport Corporation for providing taxi services in the Emirate of Dubai with a fleet of 754 vehicles.
“We are delighted to have received this world renowned certification and will continue to operate on the highest levels of industry standards. The company commenced operations in April 2000 and the passengers have been appreciating our services on board and we are confident that with our courteous drivers our service standard is second to none,” said Mr. P.S.M. Habibullah, Joint Managing Director.
“All our cars are Toyota Camry, fitted with the state-of-the-art electronic meters, roof sign and carries its well-known blue and red band in the bonnet and rear boot. The drivers of cars taxi have undergone extensive training programs. Cars taxi are well aware that it is not enough to provide good quality cars and well groomed and trained drivers to operate the franchise, but the most important fact is the customer service,” said Mr. Abdullah Sultan Al Sabbagh, General Manager – Cars Taxi.
